Octoberfit Payment Holiday Terms and Conditions:

• Members signing up to a CBay Fitness Summer Payment Holiday Membership under this offer can not apply for membership cancellation on or before Sunday 1st January or a $99 early termination fee will apply.
• 30 days notice in writing must be given to CBay Fitness to cancel my membership.
• CBay Fitness Access Green Band will not be issued until a signed direct debit form is provided. I understand my membership may be placed on hold/and or terminated if account details are not provided within seven days.
• Offer is available when joining on all CBay Fitness 12 Month memberships and Flexi-membership contracts.
• Offer available to new members and current members renewing existing memberships only.
• Offer is available for a limited time only - offer ends at 9pm on Friday 21st October 2016.
• The memberships are only redeemable at CBay Fitness.
