A midday stretch, flex and movement class, held at your pace to improve flexibility, core strength, posture and overall well being.
Midday Move is a structured class without cardio. Poses are held longer, with slow and controlled movements to work and stretch the fascia, (the deep connective tissue around muscles and joints) this helps to improve flexibility, strength and posture. Using correct breathing technique you’ll retrain your body to breathe deeply and calmly for a more energized and positive you.
Exercise options are available for all levels … Anyone, of any age can benefit from this Yoga/Pilates inspired programme. Your instructor will provide you with movements based on your fitness and skill level that will strengthen your core, tone your muscles to help you to feel motivated and ready for the rest of your day.
Midday Move every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 12.15pm, 30 minutes of time out to ‘reset’ your body and ‘declutter’ your mind.
