Time to rise from your winter hibernation and get active! This is not a fad diet or an exercise in self restraint. It's about being healthy and happy.
How it works
Over 8 weeks you will work closely with your training partner and personal trainer, working towards a healthier you by introducing permanent lifestyle changes with the assistance of your trainer and training partner.
Exercising with a partner holds you more accountable, gives you greater motivation and it makes training fun. Even better, a study from the University of Pittburgh reports that women who exercised with a pal lost a third more weight than those who hit the gym solo.
What all the participants get
- 8 x 45 minute personal training sessions with your partner
- 8 x 15 minute weekly check-ins with your trainer
