This is a high intensity cardiovascular training session that builds stamina in the heart and lungs, increases muscle strength, tones the body and burns calories.

Over the one hour class you’ll complete various drills that will build core strength and overall fitness, improve your hand-eye coordination, and you’ll have fun doing shedding the kilos with your sparring partner.

Gloves and pads are provided, the class is run by an accredited fitness trainer in an air-conditioned room.
