CBAY SCRFU 2015 PLAYER OF THE DAY FACEBOOK COMPETITION DETAILS:
Take a photo of your junior or teenage age group player of the day, holding their CBay Player of the Day voucher, upload the photo to the CBay’s Facebook page, tag or mention South Canterbury Rugby Union and you’re in the draw to win the following prize:
- 20+ 3 Childs Swim Concession Card OR 10 x Child Swim and Hydroslide passes
- CBay Aquatics Swim Pack including: Goggles to the value of $20 / Swimwear to the value of $65 / Drink bottle to value of $15 / Speedo swim bag to value of $20 / Swim cap to value of $15 – total prize pack valued at over $200.
THESE ARE THE CONDITIONS WHICH APPLY TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN OUR PLAYER OF THE DAY FACEBOOK COMPETITION: BY SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRY, YOU AGREE TO THESE CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY.
- This draw is open to South Canterbury Rugby Football Union Junior and Teenage Saturday morning Rugby competition players age 16 years and under. Employees of Caroline Bay Trust Aoraki Centre and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition but they may post photos of their CBay Players of the Day to the CBay Facebook page.
- All information detailing how to enter this draw forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. Submission of an entry/photo will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- To enter the free prize draw: Take a photo of the CBay Player of the Day holding their CBay POD Voucher and post the photo to the CBay Facebook page. Please ensure you enter the name of the CBay Player of the Day and either tag or mention South Canterbury Rugby Union on the CBay Facebook page with the uploaded picture.
- All entries must be posted to the CBay Facebook page by the closing time and date: 7pm Sunday 16th August 2015.
- Only winners of the CBay Player of the Day Voucher are eligible to enter, one entry per CBay Player of the Day Voucher. If an entrant wins the CBay Player of the Day again, they are able to enter the competition again. Late entries will not be accepted.
- If an image shows any person under the age of 16, you must have received the consent of their parent or legal guardian to make and submit the entry.
- Copyright of any images that you submit remains with you. By entering the free prize draw you grant CBay and the South Canterbury Rugby Football Union a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to feature any or all of the submitted images in any CBay websites, social media and / or any promotional material. We may publish your photo, name, home town and caption. We will not publish your email address or any other contact details.

- The winner will be selected at random overseen by an independent person, and will be notified of their win within 5 days of the closing date. In the event the prize is not claimed within 28 days of notification, CBay reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original. No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
- Prize to be picked up from CBay reception, proof of identity will be required at time of prize pack pick up.
- The winner will be drawn at random from the qualifying entries.
- The winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity with no recompense.
- The prize is non-transferable.
- Events may occur that render the draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of CBay or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, CBay reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to CBay as a result thereof. CBay will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
